Is this the full release?
No. The September release is Early Access: a paid, playable version that is still in development. The Steam estimate of one to two years is not a firm version 1.0 date.
The Season 1 changelog uses season numbering. A reference to Season 1.0 in that context should not be read as the finished game’s version 1.0 launch.
